The Keeper® 16 ft. Woodland Camo Ratchet Tie-Down features an abrasion-resistant wide 2 in. Hi-Test® webbing that features three layers of high tenacity yarn to protect and provide added strength. The durable steel EZ release ratchet handle and double J-hooks ensure ease of use while providing a secure connection.
